Working in Paradise
... We got to brainstorm and think of all the things we could do to make the lives of our respective countries easier and to improve the way everything gets done. Who knows if anything will change, but in those 4 days we really managed to come up with a lot.
Being there for work, I didn't get to see the sights, but it was a great experience nevertheless. Puerto Vallarta was a much quieter place than expected - a lot more local tourism, which is nice to see.

We also tried a Chicken Volcano. A larger size Tortilla chip covered in grilled chicken under a total volcano of cheese. I thought my stomach was gonna be upset but so far, the cheese here does little to bug me. YAY!

The bustlin' city
... the sister city of Santa Barbara, Calif. They have a similar feel). There were some incredible sand sculptures on the beach, and fun bronze statues along the seafront too. After PV, we came across the Botanical Gardens of Vallarta. Great to see these tropical plants at their full potential up close, many of them are houseplants I’ve had. Took a lot of pictures… enjoy.
