Although the bouncing wasn't too pleasant, it eased as the wind dropped and the town was rather lovely, with a long seafront walk edged with palm trees and cheerful bars and restaurants. We did go next to a ...

... feelings of guilt as Pete drinks his zero zero brew while the rest of us quaff the real stuff. Then he does enjoy the late night brandy back on the terrace in the moonlight. And, of course, our enjoyment was made even greater by the England win against Switzerland which we watched the second half of with both goals! Drunk a toast to absent friends and family and Danny ...

... Pauline Williams, and other folk and had a very friendly welcome. There are lots of English people who live in the region and will drive for over an hour to worship together, which is quite special. Alison Rogers, Duncan's daughter, is currently head at Braeburn, Arusha. So, a memorable high church communion in a particularly high church on a hill. Back to the house where the Scott's had a swim and I concocted a lunch for us all,  using the sort of things ...
