    ... of whisky and started playing the harmonica. He had a Louis Armstrong type voice and you just knew that he’d been there, seen it, done, got the t-shirt…then potentially used the t-shirt as a bath towel. Oh and the music was pretty good too.

    We headed home in the evening via a supermarket, which we raided for fruit, pasta and pesto(original I know) and had our first home cooked meal for a week or so.

    ... was about 11,500 feet, which is pretty high! From there it was a windy ride down into Denver, which was a little hazy but very pretty. The leaves are starting to change here, which makes it even more lovely. If you look past the other hotels, the Target, and the highway, there’s a nice view of the Rockies in the distance from my hotel room. Niiiiiice.
