... coffee and Dutch pancakes (pjo....). We couldn't believe all the biking and bikers lane. We walked the whole morning and were in ore of the beautiful city. We walked through Vondelpark, to the flower market, past the opera house and Rembrandt house, Jewish area and Portuguese Synagogue, St Nicholas Catholic Church, to central station and by lunch time had made it to Dam Square. We headed back to the train station, passing through a part of the Red Light district (sex trade) that was uneventful due to the early hour-- only 7 pm. What's more shocking than the prostitutes are the shows you can see, and I'll just leave it at that. Nate has the opportunity to relieve himself almost anywhere, since there are public urinals set up all around. It's a semi circle of metal and a wall with a drain. They hose them down every morning. Our tour guide said women could use them ...

... needs a pint let me know. After the tour we headed back to Dam Square. After all our walking we decided to refuel with an all you can eat sushi... Not very Dutch we know but at that point we were sooooo hungry from all our touring that we needed some serious feeding! Later we walked the streets again, the place really transforms after dark, out come the night owls. I don't think there is one coffee shop in Amsterdam that actually sells coffee, they all sell cannabis as that ...
