Unfortunately I left Amsterdam today.... but on a plane to Valencia for La Tomatina!!! Epic!!! Not complaining about going to Spain for a tomato festival, although I did really love Amsterdam in the end. This morning I went for a run around Vondelpark in Amsterdam. I can still run.... just. Later we went for coffee in The Drawing Room, a very relaxing place with lots of interesting objects scattered around the room including some rather interesting lamps - Well we were expecting to see some lights this trip and these quirky lamps are certainly a talking point but ...

Had a great day in Amsterdam yesterday. We walked around the downtown core and the red light district and hope to take in a couple of museums today. While a walkable city, bikes are the way to go, they seem to have the right of way over cars and pedestrians and will ring their bells to drive you aside if you yonder on to their ...
