... the ride and packed up and headed to lunch. Enjoyed one final lunch together then needed to say goodbyes and we left for the train station. Train ride to Brussels was very nice - both for the ride and processing all the wonderful people and adventures that was just completed. Trusty map we found them lovely things blowing in breeze also found a wedding party and a crowd of people doing sword fighting. Proper thing all dress up and very formal crowd watching. Saturday sport in Brugge no doubt. Wondered back through little streets pleased with ourselves at not even getting lost .Had picnic lunch at canal side then more wandering..Home ...

We arrived at the coast and had a refreshingly vocal dip in the not so clean looking sea, I wondered when the next time i would see the coast. Perhaps the Med or the Black sea or what ...

... amp; I just about died.

We have been having awesome food, but so far what stands out the most is Flemish Beef & Tye had chicken in cream & Belgian beer..OMG! I think I have to make it when I get back home. I have thought up of a menu.

Entree - eggplant and garlic ravioli with dutch cheese sauce (I want to make my own pasta, will also be bringing back dutch cheese)
Main - Flemmish beef with mash and wilted spinach and ...
