    ... thirst and grab a snack. Our next stop was another pub where we played some pool, might have been one more pub in there, hard to recall... All of this was just to waste some time before we could get a spot in a very popular restaurant after 9:30. We settled in to our meals of stewed rabbit and beef, delicious and hearty!     Off out on more walking adventures. Saw on yesterdays bus trip 3 large real windmills and was keen to find them again. Trusty map we found them lovely things blowing in breeze also found a wedding party and a crowd of people doing sword fighting. Proper thing all dress up and very formal crowd watching. Saturday sport in Brugge no doubt. Wondered back through little streets pleased with ourselves at not even getting lost .Had picnic lunch at canal side then more wandering..Home ...

    ... started off with a guided tour at the local brewery. Whilst some of the smells were off-putting, the enthusiastic tour guide and the free beer at the end were certainly not. Not only were we told about the actual brewery, we were given a round-up of all the different types of Belgian beer and a little overview of Bruges itself from a viewing platform at the top.     ... a charge out of the Zumba lesson in the town square, rode bikes through the city as well as the parks, window shopped and walked through the streets with a feeling of safety and serenity.
    Please visit Brugges! If you only visit one city in Belgium make it Brugges! I don’t know how to say goodbye in this country because it’s made up of three different language- so toodles for now until we meet again in Brussels!
