Once again it was only a short drive from Port Macquarie to Forster, so we arrived about lunchtime. After setting up we headed to the beach to find somewhere to go for a walk. We found One Mile Beach which seemed to be dog friendly, although the signs were a bit confusing. There were other people walking their dogs so we decided it was OK.

With the weather so nice we booked in for 3 nights into a grassed, powered TENT site. We collapsed about 2 hours later - stop laughing out there. An early wine revived flagging spirits. Q & S call it an 'arrival drink', we calledl it a 'revival drink'.
Slept like babies, cosy and warm. Love this tent.
