    ... will be able to find more food to eat. Drove around Forster trying to buy surfboards this morning but soon found there is virtually no secondhand board market here. Eventually met a board shaper called Rod Rose , a very weary, laid back extremely dry old surfer dude!! He sold us an old 9'2 four fin he'd made and Roxanna has progressed from a softie to a 7'6 board he also made. We need to find one more for Emile. I bought myself a good body board. ...

    ... amongst a number of spots on the north coast that has a great easterly position. The whales migrate north to warmer waters during May - July and return during August - October to the rich southern feeding grounds in the Antarctic.

    We spent our days walking along the break wall, Kev doing a spot of fishing, lunching at the pub and trying to keep dry during the wet, windy days.
