    Found another great beach to spend some time. We have. Had some technical difficulties so haven't been blogging much. Just golfing and enjoying the sunshine. This really is an amazing place if you love the beach. The food is good in all the restaurants too. Some times the menu is a bit too English for my taste but lots of Local Portuguese fare as well.     As we left town we drove down to the sea to take a look at the production of Fleur de Sel in Tavira. This expensive gourmet salt typically comes from France or Portugal, and represents the 'flower' or salt crystals that float on top of the salt pans, rather than traditional salt which is what is left when the sea water evaporates.
