To be honest, Lagos isn’t the kind of place you go for a cultural experience, unless you want a 5 course Portuguese feast for 5 euro (night one in lagos, tick). You won’t find any UNESCO World Heritage sites or works of artistic or architectural genius here, but it is serene. The water is incredibly refreshing (As in, ...

Still it was well worth it for the stunning views and great photo ops even if it wasn't a very sunny morning and took me a couple of hours to feel back to normal! Our stay in Lagos was very short so early morning we took our breakfast to the beach and walked down the caves. They were incredible and the weather was perfect. Such a quaint town. ... your bed is in a dorm with 10 others, there's a faint stench of stale alcohol and dirty washing and to top it off snorey McGee who had a 'big one' is still fast asleep. So off to the beach it is. This time we headed around the coast a bit and found a very nice shadey cutout/cave. So we curled up in a ball, on the beach, in a cave. It was lovely. The next day we ventured out dosed up on goodness knows what! But we went for a walk along the coast, we jumped ...
