So after a very late night last night it was up early today to head out for a 9 1/2 hour excursion. We were headed to the spa town of Karlovy Vary- about 20 kilometers from the German border. Oh oh the beer the best ! Pilsner was invented here and is sooooo good . Good food David loved the pig shanks , the special Czech duck and dumpling . Me I am trying to keep to salad so I don't look like a dumpling .

Tonight we will spend the rest of the evening in the lounge meeting more of our fellow passengers. I am definitely the youngest one on the boat- probably by about 20 years. I get the feeling I stand out quite a bit but that doesn't bother me.
