Plus the secret flight you can buy on Expedia and other oddities of rabbinical travel in Egypt

This journey has encouraged me to read more than I usually do. That's partly because you can’t tour without any breaks for meals, and partly because it’s OK to sit in a restaurant and read your ipad but not so much to redecorate the table so you can write and eat simultaneously. The reason I love Sharm el-Sheikh so much is it's a holiday mecca! The place - a gorgeous sea view beach setting - has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. When I got hungry I passed by the College to ask for a recommendation for a place to have lunch and got not only this, but also a discount card for some restaurant, which I ended up eating at. So for 5 GBP I had ...

... museum. In the first room we see about 10 mummies, most of them pharaohs. The small faces are a brown/black color similar to a fire pit after the fire, not the gray/white color of a bare skull. You can also discern a bit of the facial features, too. Some pharaohs still have hair attached to their heads. Cloth covers their bodies but their hands are visible. At first the kids are ...
