To make the most of the day we get up early, have breakfast at 8:00 and then set off to the Full Moon Party area of the island! We were interested to look at the beaches as we had heard that despite being very very busy they are immaculate and the s enemy is stunning. This is definitely the case!

en route back to the car rental office we were held up by a wedding ceremony which was really ...

... in the rain with hardly anywhere to put your feet. It wasn't as I'd remember in other peoples photos but it was beautiful and made up for any confusion! We could see how far we swam out to, the rope on the left hand side which I was really shocked at considering I was terrified the first stop off! So once again we set off as fast as we could and eventually we saw the crew from our boat waving at us - relief! I was exhausted, ...

... as Gili Air, Indonesia, it has the perfect amount of amenities to picture us moving here. No cinemas or malls, but a school, a conservation kids project, one doctor and copious dive shops. Pretty much ticks our list for must haves! It was briefly tainted by some outlying issues, but we distanced ourselves and spent some time falling in love with the island again. We quickly settled in to our new 'house', a one room bungalow at the north of Sairee beach. It's ...

... in the heat it was really nice to jump into the water, even though the water here is 29 degrees! After a quick dip, we continued walking through a couple more small bungalow resorts and saw some cool bars and another bay area before heading back to Sairee Beach. We took a short nap and then headed to the dive shop to book a couple more dives for tomorrow before jumping into the swimming pool.
