      ... Tanota bay snorkelling and with more people it only making it cheaper we grabbed some fins from a nearby dive school!! So much for a quiet day.......       ... were tricky and our least favourite was taking your mask off underwater, putting it back on and then getting rid of the water, all this was done kneeling underwater. Other skills involved taking your regulator (breathing mask) out undwerwater, finding it, putting it back on and clearing the water from it. We also had to take our weight belts off and put it back on and do the same with our BCD ( buoyancy control device ). We did all the skills and went to the 3m section of the ...

      ... my last day in Ko Tao and that was a Pad Thai from the friendly lady in town. As ever, she greeted us like long lost friends and was sad to hear it was our last day on the island. I did feel like we had passed on the mantle though, having introduced Aaron and Amy to smoothies and sandwiches in the morning and Pad Thai in the evening. It was a great Pad Thai as ever and Aaron and Amy seemed to enjoy theirs too.
