... all hanged out, with our drinks and got to know each other better. The nights that I didn't have too often yet, here, during summer school. I wanna thank everyone who was there that evening, you made my birthday really feel like one. Amazing.
But, after the party, which I left at 1AM with good behavior, I only ended up in bed at 2AM. My Alarm was set at 4:45, so that hurts, but the soothing comfort was: WE ARE GOING TO NEW YORK. HAAAAAAA. Packed my bag, stumbled towards ...
... enough. Up the stairs we went to an even darker, cloudier more gruesome looking sky. We started walking and within in minutes the rain started, we covered the camera, pulled on our rain jackets and put a plastic bag over the backpack. We were on a mission to see this bridge. Then the real rain started falling, it was like waiting for fired chicken all over again. Even my iPhone was sent an alert to say flash flooding ...
... like being at home and we no longer felt like we were on holiday or in New York.
When we left the mall it was raining even harder, like the hardest rain I have seen for ages, and although we were only 2 blocks from our hotel we got soaked!
So now we are back in our hotel for our final night in New York. We are getting packed and ready to leave the big apple and the epic holiday adventure that has been the last 2 weeks.
