      ... North into France to Evian. I didn't see anything particularly stunning that makes their water better than anywhere else, but it is a nice town at the foot of the mountains and was worth a visit. Our final day was pretty much a washout, but fortunately our AirBNB guy has a massive TV and so we had a chillout day, catching up on some schooling, playing Monopoly and watching a couple of movies. Next stop, back into France to Champagne. :-)

      ... evening I rejoined my new friends at the bar to enjoy some American Football aka The NFL ;-) I surprised myself when I was asked to explain the sport and how the whole league works – I don’t think I realized how much I knew about football! Lol. It was really nice to be able to just kick back with some friends and enjoy some sports and good conversation.

      ... in the south is absolutely stunning with plenty of bush/wild camping if you want some peace and quiet, or stay in b&b’s or small hotels if that’s your scene. So forget what I said before. France is bloody great mate! Only stay away from the 'big name’ draw cards, and
      hit the rural roads.

      On our way back to the UK now where we will store the truck in a caravan storage facility (a paddock) until next year when we will move further into Europe.
