Icons are everywhere - the Chrysler Building, Radio City Music Hall, the Empire State Building, the Rockefeller Centre, the Hudson River, Central Station - and these are just the ones we've sighted so far. We all slept in til 8.30, even Sam, which is unheard of! We eventually got organized and walked down to the Empire State Building to check out the views from the 86th floor. You don't have a true idea of how enormous NYC is until you see it from atop this icon - it stretches on and on. It was a beautiful day so there were plenty of people, ...

... screen was completely removed. I've since looked it up and every version of the show cuts it out so it's not just a NYC thing. Also Pumba and Tamon crying at the end of "can you feel the love tonight " has been cut and just ends with a nice note from the leads. Again this is not a good move as it gets laughs and is very famous from the movie; by the way if you don't know what I'm going on about we must not be friends, lol! Exploring New York City is experience I will hold ...
