... there are some curtained, lounge areas back from the field. The top level has a lean against bar that overlooks the field. Both levels have multiple options for beer and food. ... gave way to huge plains. Before long we were in the Nevada desert where all we could see for miles was desert and scrub bushes and just nothing else. Occasionally we saw roads with one or two of those huge American lorries hauling 2 or 3 enormous trailers. Wouldn't want to run out of gas or break down in these desolate parts.

... aren't switching airlines, you are guaranteed to not have to switch terminals. Due to construction that seems never-ending, it can be a hassle to get picked up. I learned later that it is better to go to departures to avoid the long queue of cars on the arrivals level.
