We started off slowly this morning didn't get up till after 8am had an lovely breakfast in the Dunes restaurant in the hotel then set out to go to the Mall of the Emirates. ... Dubai Palm. There is the Atlantis Hotel in the distance and multi-million pound houses on all the "fronds" of The Palm, where folks like the Beckhams have a weekend retreat!

The sun was setting over the sea and on our trip to Dubai.

... and sooooo cheap, the men selling it not so fab, just a bit to over friendly...... after the fish market we wondered around the dock watching these fantastic old boats getting loaded with all sorts of stuff, fridges, heaters, drinks, pallets of rice, no idea were it was all going the boats don't look like they cold make a long ocean trip.

Overall I was amazed with Dubai, three days was probably enough but I would definitely stop over again.
