... airport was still busy, if anything it was getting even more busy which was incredible. We met a young couple waiting for the 02:50 flight to Tehran (sounds like an adventurer's ideal situation, late night flying to wild locations). This morning we dressed with respect to Ramadan, in long sleeves and long pants. We would regret this decision as the day continued..... We were expecting to see the curtain drawn across the dining area when we came downstairs for breakfast this morning. We were told yesterday that for tourists during Ramadan, they could still eat and drink in the hotel, but privately. ... Airways headquarters in Abu Dhabi. On our way, we stopped at Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, one of the largest mosques in the world with a capacity for 40,000 worshippers.
