      We've just celebrated Easter, with a fast amount of food! Three things seem important here. Gigantic platters of lamb, thick walled pastries and family. I was lucky enough to be invited to join my friend Seb's family. He's the youngest of seven children most of whom were able to join us yesterday and we all squeezed around a big table for fried offal, mixed with artichokes, broad beans and red pepper.       ... it's concrete" Jason had explained last night and as the warm March sun (20degreeC!) began to dry the sods and wilt the piles of uprooted weeds, I could easily imagine the ground baking solid.
