... But getting into the water over all those stones and pebbles was not very easy!!!! We walked along the beach to Olympos and found the tree houses where Judy and Dave stayed all those years ago. Breakfast at our hotel was fabulous... everything Turkish plus French toast and omelets. Leaving Konya we headed to the highway which took us through the Taurus Mountains -- very, very steep, many switchbacks close together, 7000 feet at the top with still some snow.
