    ... the puter and hit the rack early. I have been noticing that I do not use my extra blanket so much anymore. Mater of fact I think I kicked it on the floor.

    Bright and early I was up and about. I'm talking 8:15 or so. I had a long way to go today. Yea right. I did get on the road by 10 AM tho, so that ain't bad.

    ... I could make it further, see pic. There were no CBs, but the clouds were down to 1200 to 1500 feet. After reaching 24J, I continued to Lake City, LCQ, and almost turned around, but the clouds lifted again. I finally saw Flying Tiger, and landed straight in on 18. Although it was drizzling, the visibility stayed good under the clouds.

    It was a long day but felt good to be home. Overall, what a trip!

    ... awesome tho. I was going to go into a state park but the entry fee was $8.00 and I really don't care to get ripped off at a tourist trap area.....so I just headed North and left the Key area. We made it to the Everglades and did manage to see some crocodile, cool birds and some biiiiig fish. All along side the road or just inside park areas - because Erwin is not allowed anywhere inside of any of the parks there. So I didn't get ...

    ... for Lynn's puzzle tools. Got a dandy one with a reservoir for the shavings and a second, smaller one to boot.
    The Wynn Dixie store was just a short walk away. We went to the fish section and asked the Fish Guy which to get, cod or haddock. Without hesitation, he too, recommended the cod.

    Lynn has been doing most of the driving of the Subaru of late. This lets me gaze around at the sights a bit in the area near us. We got back ...
