Bluff State Park. We had a very nice hike along Lake Ontario to the
bluffs. The forest and autumn colors were awesome. We made a stop in Seneca Falls to see the The Women's Rights National Historical Park...a nice piece of history!

... fairly down home kind of place, obviously visited by the locals who are regulars. It had a long bar where one could sit and eat, and there was all sorts of local memorabilia hanging on the walls. The food was fairly average, the hostess was nice, and they had free samples of some of their baked goods. I had fried cod dinner with applesauce and homemade bread. ... uneventful highway driving but it was strange to see the trees in Vermont beginning to turn color. With the early evenings arriving, I guess leaf peeping won't be far away. 420 miles later, we've arrived in West Bloomfield, NY not far from Rochester.
