I have been in cities that border the Pacific and Atlantic, in Canada, on the Mediterranean on both the East and West coasts of Italy, in Central Italy and rode the train almost at the border of Switzerland. I have slept in my own bed 4 nights of the past 25, and have slept in no single bed longer than 5 nights (San Diego), and have stayed as short as one night (Syracuse and Toronto).

... of bathrooms. For free. I mean, come on. Italy is already making tons and tons of money off of tourists who are happy to pay high attraction prices, is it really necessary to charge 50 cents AFTER someone has already paid 9 Euro to see something?
If (and when?) we go back, we won't go in the middle of summer. So hot. We'll go in like, December. When you can add more clothes. I bet Italy is beautiful in the winter!
I love technology.
Seriously, while planning for this trip, I've become so grateful for technology. From using Google Drive to edit documents and make them available offline to downloading apps that allow me to "star" main attractions and restaurants in cities, I am in awe of how much is available.
