... they are few and far between. Still annoying however!!! Yesterday, we went to the Stone Museum in Mosedus. This was started by a geologist who carried his passion for stones to his own home. There are all sorts of stones, even some from under the sea, as well as statues and monuments all made of stone. 20 July 2014 Sunday was still in Vilnius with Vytaute. We had a leisurely morning, then went for a walk in the forest which is very close to the centre of Vilnius. It is by the river and quite a few of the Embassies are also here. I enjoyed walking under the trees, but it is surprising how dense the forest actually is. ... and it was fantastic! After the walk back into town we stopped for a late lunch at a small cafe. It seemed very reasonably priced and we both ordered some salads. Sadly though they were tiny- like side dish for ketchup sized! And so we both left still pretty hungry, although they were tasty.
