... was packed with sun worshippers. The Spanish seem to have no issue with nudity. The ubiquitous hippy element was in evidence with plenty of people wearing clown trousers and sporting dreadlocks, weaving friendship bracelets to sell to the day trippers.
On our way back later that afternoon, even more people were heading towards San Pedro with their tents and bags of provisions for the weekend.

We moved up the coast to a campsite at Los Escullos. There isn't anything at Los Escullos except the campsite, a restaurant and an old Fort. The campsite is about a kilometre from the beach so we headed there later in the afternoon for a spot of sunbathing.

A super campsite on the beach, warm again at 30C when we arrived but cooling to 23 C overnight. 100 metres to the beach and 50 metres into the village, facilities excellent and pitch sizes huge for Spain. Very full though with a majority of people staying for the long term over the winter with complex set ups, settees and wide screen tv in their awning ...
