It was much more comfortable walking the streets today compared to yesterday. There were fewer people out than there were during the celebration, but the biggest difference was the lack of police today. View from the window: Forests and rivers, houses becoming less European and more boxy, run down tower blocks, more industrial. Clothes and cars look a bit like 1980s England (in the midlands!)
