We collected our luggage from the IBIS. I couldn’t leave without gloatingly telling the receptionist that we managed to find the correct bus to Red Square. I did see her note the bus number on a note pad. We’re happy to do their job for them!!

... the area has been rejuvenated with a beautiful park being developed with so many pieces of artwork and statues to enjoy. Although not quite finished, the park was beautiful and we eventually found the statues of the previous russian leaders. Quite sombre with the rain and grey skies. ... 5kms you had walked and seen everything, however it is home to the oldest church in Russia and had some really gorgeous parks which Stuart and I walked through after our included walking tour had finished.
