We arrive into Moscow, late despite the time difference but we are getting used to that. We headed to the metro and with both of us forgetting our rouble conversion take out 500......which we learn later is 10 pounds! Still it is enough to get us our metro tickets as we venture off to find the Real Russia travel office to collect our future train tickets.

Welp, today was my first full day in the Soviet....I mean Russian Federation! After passing out at 7:45 last night, I woke up at 7 am ready for classes. My teacher is only 3 years older than me....felt pretty worthless.
