From Bangkok I took a (very) small plane to the island of Ko Samui. Met a British girl, Kate, on the plane that was also part of the retreat. We made our way to Absolute Sanctuary to begin our 10 days of yoga and meditation with Sarah and Ty Powers. Ko Samui is dry lush and tropical. Seems to be mostly big resorts. The hotel is very beautiful, big …

... I have seen Thai boxing and I was very impressed with it. Half way through the audience was invited to get in the ring with a balloon tied to a leg and the idea was to kick -box and burst all the balloons and see who was left to win a prize. Life is ...

... the under 16s girls! I would love to see some of these kids do it. Maybe the Olympics swung by and tried it once or maybe they're x-men that haven't been discovered yet. Either way it was a lot of fun. And we ended it with a go on the blob. A big semi inflated pillow that I lay on at one end and 2 people jump off the platform at the other sending me flying into the air in an uncontrollable position. Twas a wicked day out but I wish mum an dad could have played ...

... it all around and give the lime a squeeze. It's actually quite nice. After that we started to get the taste for it, we stated ordering "after eights" which was kalua, creme de menth and bailey's. It was amazing and did indeed taste of after eight. Gent liked it so much he ordered another one instantly.

The night rolled on and it wasn't too long before Gent got his first squeeze in. SQUARK!. It was met by some cheers and some drones. Some people obviously love it, some people need ...
