... so much to explore. We went the the piazza which was a round room right in the middle of it all where people were standing up around tall tables drinking wine and nibbling on cheese and meats. We definitely had to try this so we got ourselves a couple of glasses of Prosecco and some Italian meats and just enjoyed being in the moment. We had a look around at all the amazing food and eventually our table was ready for us. We had a bottle ...

... Neither of us have ice skated before so we are a little nervous. Initially we are very hesitant, but it doesn't take long to find our feet, and off we go, skating around having a ball. They are filming a commercial while we are there, so we don't get the usual music, but we don't really notice, we are having way too much fun. Smooth morning departure form Germany and the arrival here in Brooklyn where Al's son and family live.

    We were all exhausted.

    We fly home Monday.

After we wander around down here for a bit, we try to find a subway but because we go the direction I think, we end up quite lost and in a terrible neighbourhood. I am not thrilled and eager to get out of here. We see a couple of cop cars pull up and talk to two joggers who are describing some guy in baggy blue shorts- I'm not sure if they have been robbed or have witnessed something. Needless to ...

    ... flight to Jo-Burg.
That is the longest flight I have ever taken and there is no way to make it easier, it just
goes and goes and goes and goes and goes. Watched a billion movies and bad situation
comedies on the inflight entertanment, read a couple of books and still it went on and on and on.
Finally we arrived, beautiful morning in J Burg, When the plane arrived instead of pulling up to the gate we had to ...
