After 3 nights in Chicago it is time to pack up and move on. The flight getting here was fine except for having no TV's in the back of the seats, which Jon was not happy about (thank god for the IPads) We have both really enjoyed this city. ... with a map from the concierge and walked the Magnificent Mile along Michigan Street and a bit further.

A really interesting city with such a blend of old and new . Guess we must have walked around 3 miles (5kms for the Aussies) and along the way picked up a bottle of wine and eventually came back to the hotel and savoured a Pinto Grigio while we caught up on blogging, emails etc.

Craig fancied a pizza for tea – he reckons the Americans do it ...

... a must for a Chicago deep-dish pizza. We found a location nearby but it was just a bit too far to walk (remember, I don't like wasting time!) so we hopped in an Uber to get there. ... being mostly subway until just before Wrigleyville, where Wrigley Stadium come into sight as we approach Addison Station. There were many Cubs Fans on the red line!
The atmosphere around the Stadium is electric! There is lots of action and people walking around and venders selling their wares! Lots of Fun!!
We found our seats and settled in to watch the game and the people watching the game. ...
