    ... it is prudent to be clean and not give an opportunity to others in the spa to complain about your body odour. Many spas have locker rooms and showers. After the spa treatment, you should get up immediately to make way for others who may be waiting for their turn.

    It is common practice to tip the therapist but some spas add a service fee. You can take your own decision regarding the tipping aspect.

    ... cockles and donuts. Delicious! Today we visited Chartwell, Winston Churchill's home in Kent. The gardens were lovely and the house was very interesting. Then on to Hever Castle, Anne Boleyn's childhood home. Finally, we went to Ashdown Forest, the 100 Aker Wood of Winnie the Pooh. We found Pooh's Bridge and played the Pooh Sticks game on it.     We plan to return to Woolwich Arsenal on May 17, when the 4th Battalion Royal Foot Artillery will have a Napoleonic era re-enactment, using an 18-Pounder piece of artillery.     ... and it was all really nice. I got to meet Daina’s other friends so it was just really nice to spend a Sunday afternoon/evening talking to new people.     Last game of the trip, Arsenal vs Sunderland. Went to an Arsenal Supporters club meeting on behalf of Arsenal America (I guess I was the only American for this match). Saw Dennis Bergkamp's statue reveal and speech then met up with some friends.
