My last day on the farm! It started with the chicken chores, then I helped harvest for the vegetable box delivery to Cambridge and then also started taking out the bok choy and the womboks. Well, all the ones that had bolted anyway! Ran into a couple of snakes as well... We then collected the weeds again through the asparagus and rhubarb and then Jim starting hauling the wood chips to us and we mulched the entire garden. It didn't take as long as we thought, but it was hard work! It looks amazing now. No more jungle of weeds that are taller than you!! :) it's also a great feeling to have a ...

... now! still some more work to be done on it tomorrow but I would say the hardest part is over. For dinner tonight we had what I call an "Emily" dinner. Rice, chick peas and stir fried vegetables! Yum yum, bland food - just the way I like it!! Haha. It was pretty good though. And all that physical labor made me extremely hungry! Only 3 more days on the farm :( and tomorrow is going to be a busy one! Early night for ...
