... first arrived. We had dinner on the beach road but then turned the corner onto Shang La. We had Ladyboys serving us drinks and stripper poles in all the bars. There were lots of offers for Ping Pong Shows which we decided to check out on the 2nd night. There was a lot of talk about going because Ashley didn't know what we were talking about. The act included popping balloon w dart, ping pong balls and something disgusting with ...

... had! We awoke the next morning feeling pretty awful but happy at the thought of checking out of our hell hole!  We moved to a double room with aircon and although it wasn't the Ritz, it felt like pure luxury! This one even had a lock on the door and toilet paper! After our much needed showers, we spent the day walking around the clothes stalls and then joined in the new craze of getting our feet eaten by fish!
