Not the tallest building in the world, but very impressive, very fast elevator takes only 30 seconds to the top, incredible view of the gigantic, sprawling city of Taipei.



Shaped somewhat like bamboo. Interesting, huge counterbalance ball moves by computer control at the top to dampen the building's motion in wind.
