    ... As we returned to the campground, we passed a strange set of what could only be described a "spectator stands" on the side of the lake. After hanging out for a few minutes, we realized that these were, in fact, "stands" for rowing races.     ... to purchase tickets to get into the Gorge, but it was well worth it! The entire trail is either very well-maintained boardwalks or maintained trails, taking you deep into the gorge for picturesque, clear, pristine river/stream and its equally as stunning sheer walls and cliffs!

    The hike takes about 1.5 hours round trip and the pictures speak for themselves! It was a fantastic side trip as we made our way to Lake Bled!

    ... from the park - so a nice discount and quick walk and we were in the door. No long lines, polite sensible people using the slides.... with to our surprise no need for the supervision of more than 2 staff for some 12 or so slides of varing configeration. Tubes, open slides, amazingly fast drop slides etc.

    Interesting - the difference in ticket price is obviously reflected in the lack of ...
