    ... river. The setting was beautiful, the water a bit cold (you get splashed often) and the whole experience so much fun. We didn’t fall off the boat thankfully but bumped into dozens of rocks every time preceded by our guide announcing "boom boom!". In the afternoon I treated myself to a Balinese massage (two hours), pure heaven! It was a bargain and I couldn’t leave Ubud without a bit of pampering. I am almost returning tomorrow.

    ... over a large bridge. Given that the signs did not say airport and near each passing sign he looked slowed down, I realized he didn’t have a clue where he was going.

    A toll road came up and he asked the attendant and a few more people at a few roundabouts. He just waved us on. Soon I saw airport signs. Horrrayyyy!! But he turned down the wrong street. I began to doubt his ability to read.
