... to check out the Guadalupe River, which is just outside a town called New Braunfels. The Guadalupe is a beautiful green river and a popular spot to float down in a tube or to camp or picnic. It wasn't peak season as we were the only ones there.
Heading into town, we discovered that the local County Fair was on. Well, you should have seen Mum turn the car around - both she and Lisa were very excited to take me to my first fair.
