Pushing on south, to our last weekend in Texas, took off from Wylie, through Dallas, Waco, through Round Rock and Georgetown. Incredible development. Road construction everywhere. Just incredible. Day 1 in Austin began with a short bus ride down South Congress St to an area known for it's unusual, hipster shopping & food. I highly recommend South Congress Cafe, in my opinion the best brunch of the whole trip so far!!
