    ... and strolling locals gave me a chance to check out the local area, lots of yoga and Pilates studios and a general chilled out, shabby chic (again) feel about the place.     ... most of them had finished and then it was time to help some have a shower and get dressed. The elderly women I helped, her name was Rose she was 90 years old and still had a sense of humour.
