... man were they delicious. We decided on a stroll after lunch and ended up at Polly's Pies where we purchased a cherry pie as Angus needed one apparently. It was very very warm out but with a very clear blue sky and not humid at all.

Back to the hotel for a rest. Angus went to for a run and braved the cool pool for a swim.

Off to dinner at a reasonable hour to Wendy's - still the best burgers so ...

The next ride we went on Autopia which is also at the Florida park where you drive little petrol cars around a track which was funny. Then we queued for about ...

LA Farmers Market & Melrose Ave

... Market for dinner since the foodstalls seemed a bit more interesting than the actual farmers’ stalls. Unfortunately we stumble into on of the ”traps” and finish the day with a less than stellar seafood meal. Oh well – we can’t win ’em all. Tomorrow is supposed to be as hot as today, so our plan to hit the beaches in Venice and Santa Monica seems to be a better fit than a day in the city.
