A couple of days ago I spent the afternoon on the beach, just me and my music. As it's winter and the surf has been pretty flat over the last week or so seven mile beach has been deserted. So for a couple of hours I was on my own in the sun, listening to music just enjoying being. It's so easy to get wrapped up in life and so hard to just stop sometimes and enjoy what's around you. ...

We took some local advice, backed up by the guidebook and set off on an evening hike in search of Glow Work Glen. While not actually glow worms, (they’re photo luminescent gnats who’s bodily fluids react with oxygen to give off light) this natural phenomenon can be witnessed after dark at a particular section of damp caves and cliffs in the woods near Bundanoon.
