      ... for directions, and for the first time since I've been in Europe, I got CORRECT ones! I made it just in time. I then got shoved into a group. The tour guide began with, "I know what you're thinking, how can a FREE tour be good?" Wait. What? Free? I PAID for this.... Again, I had to run to find the tour group, but at least this time I had an employee showing me the way to the trains. It all worked out in the end... always ...

      ... to concentrate on 20th century history. There Re little gold metal plates with names on them all over Germany. These are names of the murdered Jewws. There is an ongoing project of a man who is looking for all the mouldered victims heritage and where they lived. A small plaque is being placed where they lived. Today we are going to look at the entrance to the house at checkpoint Charlie museum and the East side gallery and the Berlin Wall remnants. We are off to the Opera tonight. ...
