There is the original Stroganoff steak house where you can pick your piece raw from a tray. Yum.

One more thing: people dancing tango on the street, music coming from open car doors. 5 couples. Magic.

... I mentioned earlier. I particularly enjoyed the before and after shots of parts of the town. The height of the fort also offered a good vantage point for peering into the Russian fort. Lacking $100 for a visa and any desire to wade through that much red tape, I will not be visiting Russia this trip. ... We also drove thru a small town called Visaginas, built during Soviet times to house workers for the local Nuclear power plant (of the Chernobyl era, and still in use). These Soviet towns are bizarre places! Looking like a cross between a univerisyt campus and a council estate, it is almost impossiblöe to find the centre (do they have one?), and are totally uninspiring-with all the land at their disposable ...

I like to walk here with friends and to do shopping. I come here very often.
It's my favourite city. I don't want to live here becouse I want to see it only as city for the rest and walks)
