... through the giant telescope our guide had brought with us. I love star gazing in general, but getting to spend time with my friends for what would be one of the last times was so nice, and I am grateful to have experienced that with them. We didn't end up getting home until 1:00 am, but I don't regret that at all, and if I could do it over again I would!
This morning I decided to also not go back to the hospital. Having gotten back super late the night before, I figured ...

I really hear his message; after spending time in Internal Medicine and visiting the Taco Healthcare Center, I've realized that primary care is the first avenue to turn to in improving the health of our communities, and though I'm still interested in psychiatry, I also hope to include primary care in my career. We only have one more weekend here before we all go our separate ways, so I'm really thankful that I got to have a great one with my friends. It's so crazy to think that two weeks from now, I won't even be here anymore! I'm dreading leaving the island, but I also can't wait to see my girlfriend and family again. Here's to an awesome weekend!
