Ghent is one of the oldest towns dating back to the 12th century. Dominating the old medieval quarter is an imposing castle called Het Gravensteen or Castle of the Counts. This is a very memorable town as I had the most amazing Belgian Waffles with Chocolate and whipped cream . . . . OMG to die for! Guess what we actually met Judy and got a photo of her she said she does not have her photo taken but would make an exception for us so here we are the Two of us and we reckon she is a Spunk Bubble (ozzie for a real top lady).

Last night we went into town to have dinner but on the way stopped in at the Cathedral Saint Aubain. Of course we arrived just as mass was about to start (we have a tradition of this and there were only two masses there yesterday). So what can "good catholics" do but stay for mass.
