... vraiment impressionnant…ce n’est pas brun ou gris mais noir noir noir…très spécial. Vendredi, baby fait son cour de surf pendant que je me fais une pédicure, pas assez folle pour me geler les fesses…Ensuite nous sommes allés à la plage Kaanapali beach ou Nicolas voulait sauter du Black Rock…et je l’ai fait un jump d’environ 6 a 7 mètres, je m’amuse...woohoo … et voilà… nous partons demain pour ...
Walking in the clouds :)
... up for a while. Cruising along the ocean roads before we headed across the island to Kahului. We pulled over and put the roof down...........there was more shade on the other side of the island. Then headed up the Mountain. You couldn't see the top of the mountain as there was a lot of cloud cover. Its a long drive from Kaanapali, about 2 and a bit hours. But it was a nice drive. Finally planned our trip...
... t too bad. the ahi was definitely the best but the octopus, um, i mean tako, was acutually better than i had expected.
now it's off to bed. i have to get up early and go F'ING SNORKELING TOMORROW. as you may know i am not at all excited about the idea of paddling around in the water just waiting for a shark to come take a bite out of me. oh well, we will see how it goes. i'll be brave... or this will be my last blog post...

Chillin' in Maui
... to our next conference activity - the Lu'au. We had a buffet of Hawaiin food and then the performance started. They are so clever the way they move!!! We had some light rain at dinner, but the locals were happy as they haven't had rain in ages.
The day was really busy going from one activity to another. However, we had a lot of fun and have met some interesting people.

Flying, Fishing, and Feasting
... Center. Here we learned a lot of about the 500 species of fish that are in Hawaii, along with corals, jellyfish and turtles. The best part about the center was walking through a giant tube that cut through an aquarium tank so that sharks and huge sting rays could swim all around us.
