... Sonny Bryan's Smokehouse. We decided to get the "Everyone's Happy" platter of meat and side dishes as you choose. We tried the beef brisket, pork ribs, BBQ sausage and pulled chicken. What we didn't try was turkey breast, pulled pork and jalapeño sausage. For sides we had cole slaw, BBQ beans and potato salad. We started everything off with fresh baked buns ...

... or who had children to go first and all sorts of people who were clearly neither jumped through on that basis, while first and business class passengers had to wait. Eventually the staff relented and started to filter us through.

This flight was a lot busier than the one I came out on, with the upstairs cabin full but it was still very pleasantly relaxed. And with the taste of champagne still in my mouth we left a few minutes ...
