    It's 9.05. No train. No announcement yet. Oh now I realise I had some bizarre dreams about Manhattan, except family and friends where there in different parts as I wandered around! And then I woke to Jasper howling. This rarely happens, and funnily enough I don't mind it (the howling, not the bizarre dreams). As long as good old Jasper is fine, so are we all!!

    Anyway, before my fingers freeze off (though not at badly as the boat trip!) I shall sign ...

    ... thru NYC and then around DC later in the day. We have enjoyed the trip and are just about relegated to flying and renting a car for any distance more than 1000 miles for future trips. I have to applaud GM with another great MPG vehicle in the new Corvette. We have averaged 29.2 MPG over all. Pretty close to what our Nissan Altima does.
