... slow motion and nothing you can do to help. There are these poles in the middle of the trail to prevent cars from driving on the trails and someone ran smack into it and flipped over the bike. She ended up being fine other than a cut chin and a big fright. Glad I brought the spray I was given to for my knee so I can be of a bit of help. Off again to the yacht club for the 3rd day of racing, we were only doing 2 races again today. Mum was going around to Nieuwpoort Bad to try and see us coming through the channel and take photo's.
