I would highly recommend treking thee gorge and visiting the highlands of Greece. Something truly special and not what Greece is reknowned for, as of course everyone is infatuated with the islands - although they are good, spare some time for mainland Greece!

Last minute decision: Today we were supposed to stay in Saranda, another town on the Ionian coast. When we got there we realised that we did not want to stay there. Too many people, too many buildings, and not the great vibe we had gotten from Himare. En el desfiladero yo me quedo en el monasterio pero las 2 primas valientes se van con Cristo x la ruta xtreme. Menos mal q no he ido, q fotos y q caída!!!
De regreso nos para en el mirador de Vitsa, se echa colonia y cambia la ruta para llevarnos al puente de Kipi, mucho mejor q el pueblo qe habíamos dicho nosotras.
Sobre las 5:30 estamos de vuelta ...
