First I have to try to get an accreditation for all the Carnival events, which looks like a lot of work since every event seems to be organized by different organisations and institutions. But at the SAC office people are very helpful. I get a press/VIP badge for the Queen Elections and they are ...

... up.. by putting some Caribbean swag into these old ***** before the morgue on Floor 2 swallows them whole. We are now on first name basis with the cruise director who has taken it on as her personal mission to "pump some life back into this place". Later on she spotted us in the oldies 'nightclub' and suddenly Caribbean music started playing and the titanic death quartet stopped.
At the end of the day, none of that really matters. We are here to enjoy quality time with Mum and ...
