      Value for money

Clean rooms, hot coffee and very odd bathrooms. Staff here are the nicest so far on our journey. Budget, no pool, restaurant only open after 5. Very good value for money, has fountains and outdoor areas, good aircon, fairly good wifi, lots of restaurants in area, walking distance to water palace.
If you stay here you must check out kedais restaurant 600 m up the road and over the crossing into Jalan Tirtodipuran. It's unbelievable.

Nice room, really awesome bathroom and beautifull garden. There's a can with hot water for tea or coffee outside the room every morning. The location is good, close to the kraton, saras wati temple and the bird market.

... I suppose, it turns out we couldn't rebook as we already had a reservation for the flight, but we couldn't pay for our reservation as we had missed the time frame. A considerably calm call to Lion Air customer services later and we were rebooked under a different reference number with Vicky's name changed in order - we were assured this would be fine. It may have been had it not been spelled Leight - another booking later and we finally had a reference to take back to Indomart. ...

... decided to cancel. Once you have your tickets and you board the plane- you'll be fine. Airasia is basically good, clean version of Ryanair with very good service onboard. No scratch cards either :) Keep your cards well hidden at all times- to use a card in shops etc. the PIN number is not required so if someone gets your card number- you are in trouble. Get some dollars before you get here- although ATMs are widely available, since Indonesia is considered high risk country- ...

We sampled some Gudeg—a stew made from unripe jackfruit—and took a bicycle rickshaw, which was probably our Yogya highlight, weaving in and out of traffic as a group.

The first of these people was the lovely Dr. Agung, a well-travelled hiker ...
