... tick on the list. By lunchtime we were in Salisbury for a look at the cathedral. It's a beautiful cathedral, but I liked the Bath Abbey more, the stained glass windows were amazing there. ... passed us and headed further up river as we tied up. The Queen Mary is so large it has its own pier.

In the first picture, we are heading straight for the long dock on the right. There is a freighter tied up at the far end of it, and at first it wasn't clear how close we'd get to it. But it quickly became apparent we'd be right on her stern.
