          ... spray cans but emptied my day pack in haste as the woman watched me in amusement. Out came the camera, binoculars, novel, glasses, journal and a handful of other stuff in zip lock bags. Sure enough, at the very bottom of the pack was our spray can of bug repellant. !!

          Wowzers what an amazing day. Our alarm went off at 6am, time for a quick cooked breaky before jumping into our sorngthaw.           ... are various levels of spicy. FOr example, the Thai CUrrys go green, yellow, red in terms of spicy. THey also give you various spicy sauces to put on. I have eaten the yellow curry and was fiune. I also put some of the chilli pepper sauce on but am careful only to get the liquid and not the peppers.
