Today we drove to Newcastle and went to see Hadrian's wall at Wallsend because that was where the wall started. It was the site of a Roman fort called Segendunum and I got a Roman coin with Hadrian on it.
Woke up at 7am after going to bed at 4am. Decided to bike to the rental car place as it would take ages to walk. Olly had two bikes so he rode the shittier one and I rode the other one while Darryn sat on the seat behind me trying to keep his legs out of the way.
