      ... think we are better organizers than these developers? That we really have the welfare of our residents at heart by dividing the land up into similar sized portions as the commercial subdivisions (60m2), whilst not having the infrastructure in place necessary to cope with this. Is this true welfare? Or are we motivated by a misguided sense of altruism?
